I want to thank Jayde for the time that she put into helping my wife and I find a new home. We were looking to break our original lease and move into a new place – but only if we could replace our existing tenancy. Jayde’s commitment to helping us find a place all the while whilst we were unable to break lease was ramped up when she helped list our property too. In our 4 month search we saw over 50 places around Happy Valley/Mid-Levels with many agencies, but it was Jayde’s attitude and enthusiasm which stood out and made us trust her and continue to search with OKAY.com. Eventually we found the right place, and with Jayde’s suggestion we negotiated a fair rental with all parties happy. When it came to the handover, it was a swift process which is a testament to Jayde’s professionalism. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
