Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. I think it’s really important your agents listen to what their clients want and need from a rental property. Having an agent that really understands this saves so much time and is sometimes difficult to find in Hong Kong.

Cathrin is very polite and punctual, knows the DB real estate market. I feel myself like she is 100% on my side. She is 24 hours online. We spent more than two weeks finding the right apartment fit my criteria and finally we've done very good deal.
