Candy Chan 陳淑珍

Candy has engaged in real estate for almost 15 years in Hong Kong, having lived and purchased properties in California USA in the 90’, Shanghai China from 00’, she has a great understanding of different cultures and property needs. She returned to Hong Kong in 2008 and became a real estate agent and currently living in Discovery Bay.

Candy believes that no matter the transaction’s type or amount, she will serve the clients wholeheartedly by understanding their needs and professional judgments to bridge a deal. A great example from her past experience was a client who began with an apartment rental and in a few years; this client leads her to the largest single transaction of her career so far.

She speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
