Tanusha Platek

Tanusha has lived in Hong Kong since 2010, when she moved here with her husband. Born in Mauritius, she benefitted from a wonderfully diverse and multicultural upbringing that has made her open, outgoing and approachable, and given her an intense work ethic.

Hee background includes travelling around the world during her 5 years as a flight attendant, during which time she went out of her way to make her passengers feel well cared for and relaxed.

Her first entrepreneurial venture was to found her own pet sitting company, Royal Pets, in 2013. She managed a team of pet sitters, and was responsible for the accounting, social media and website of the business. Being a keen animal lover, Tanusha was one of the first to offer home boarding services for dogs in Hong Kong, for which she was featured in many local magazines and newspapers. After growing and expanding her company, she then sold it at the height of its success in order to focus on her personal goals.

Her interest in joining the real estate industry was sparked after going through several personal purchasing experiences herself. To transition her skill set into this profession was an obvious move, so Tanusha joined a major local property agency and refined her skills as a real estate consultant. She understands how a professionally connected agent can be a great asset and create value for her clients by listening to her clients’ needs, facilitating the property research and finding the best solution for them.

Outside of working hours, Tanusha enjoys photography, catching up with her beloved family and friends, and exploring her adopted hometown.
