Born and raised in Philippines, Jay has been active in the real estate industry for 30 years, working for a major property developer in Manila. Since relocating to Hong Kong in 2003, he has spent the past 16 years working on the Hong Kong properties, primarily in the residential sector and eventually with commercial/office leasing. This has endowed him with extensive knowledge and experience in this market.
