I am looking to buy a property with outdoor space. Don't mind walk up or old building but my concern is mortgage. Heard that banks like HSBC won’t lend you for walk ups and older properties? What other Bank would you suggest?

Banks such as HSBC are quite strict on lending money for these kind of properties. Banks like Bank of China, Wing Lung Bank, Public Banks are more friendly.
