She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service.
