I would like to thank Vincent for helping me find a place in Wan Chai. Vincent works with his client with great patience by listing out everything one needs to know and I really appreciated that he always try to get things done as efficient as possible especially when it comes to the back-and-forth between potential tenant and landlord. With the earnest attitude as well as the professional service I would strongly recommend Vincent if you are to look for a place in Hong Kong.

I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months. Despite my challenging criteria, she found always new options for me and was flexible with meeting times due to my changing work schedule. She helped me overcome my indecisiveness and finally I found a new home! She was a pleasure to work with! If I should be looking for a place again, I would for sure request her. Thanks again!!!
