I have been looking for an apartment for a while. Having recently moved to Hong Kong, it was important to find a place that worked well. Jayde was pretty quick to put options in front of me, within a month I was moved into my new apartment in CWB and she managed to negotiate significantly on the price.

Ms. Shirley Li is my agent who helped me with searching of an new apartment, she is persistent and honest, followed up my request and did her best for both sides. From the beginning Shirley gave a comfortable and honest feeling, the results were good, and she is following up all the necessary details that connected with the deal and more. We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them.
