Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.
