I perceived Jayde as very friendly and professional, while also being remarkably honest and direct, which was incredibly important for me to build the necessary trust. Additionally, she was very responsive—whenever I had any questions, I could always count on a prompt reply. She consistently made me feel like she truly understood what mattered to me. Flo has always worked extra hard to try to help us find a place. She acted very professionally, always providing us with good advice. Should we need the help of a property agent in the future, we would call her immediately without hesitation.

Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me.
