You worked hard at the negotiation and got us the fridge, sink, and other renovations we wanted. You also took the initiative to help us with transfer of water, electricity and towngas, which was incredible. Today, you were detailed in checking that the apartment is fit to move in, and identified places that needed minor fixes. We can't express enough how grateful we are for your efforts. Andrea is a responsive and professional real estate agent whom I would unreservedly recommend to others or use again myself. She was very knowledgeable about the properties, and could easily answer questions about the properties and the local amenities such as supermarkets and transportation. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time!
