Dorothy was a real pro from the outset and we could not have been more pleased with her skills as an agent. She found us a great apartment and we were certainly not the easiest clients to deal with. We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. Dorothy is a very intuitive agent, as well as a very warm and charming person, and she knew right away which places to show us. She was also great with the negotiations and with following up on utilities, keys, etc. once the deal was done. She made navigating the Hong Kong rental market somewhat of a breeze and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. When I was looking for recommendations for an agent with good taste in flats and someone who would only show properties matching my criteria, more than 1 person recommended Jayde. I was not disappointed. Not only did she help me find a flat that I love, but did so within the tight time constraints I had.
