Working with Jayde and OKAY.com was a great experience. Jayde helped me find a great flat in a great location at a competitive rate, which was exactly what i was looking for! Jayde's constant communication made the whole process very simple, taking into consideration finding and signing a lease within 5 working days. This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.

We may have not chosen our ideal apartment just yet but we have been thoroughly pleased with Dorothy's consistent efforts and help through out our viewing process. She was friendly, patient and very prompt with her assistance.
