Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. Andrea was very professional and took time to listen to what I liked about the flats she had shown me. Then using my preferences, showed me apartments that were more interesting to me. When it came time to sign the lease, she was very helpful and thorough. I am very happy in my new flat and have her to thank for that.

Carment was friendly and so quick to respond to every and any query or request I had. He was ultra helpful when it came to searching for the perfect place for my dog, and made the effort to send a picture of my dog to any possible landlords in advance to be transparent for both parties.
