Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!

From the beginning to completion, Shirley has provided excellent service. She contacted me very quickly after I made the initial request online then followed up with my enquiries and requests diligently. After I told her my requirements, she compiled a huge list of properties in different areas for viewing and even managed to make some last-minute additions and changes. The viewing process was smooth and I was impressed by the standard of properties we saw. We were so impressed we actually put in an offer right away! As our realtor, Shirley has been dedicated and persistent in trying to find the best rental apartment that fits our requirements. This task has been made more difficult as we had to move during the 5th wave of covid lockdown in HK.
