Taikoo Shing - Ngan Sing Mansion 太古城 - 銀星閣

After living in Hong Kong for many years and acquiring multiple properties here, I met Ruby while looking for a specific type of investment property. I wish I had known her from day one. She's smart, understands the market well, works hard and has the ability to bring seller and buyer (or landlord/tenant) together in a charming, yet businesslike way that is simply very effective. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
