My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Because she knew that our top priority was to find something quickly, she lined up a day of 8+ hours of viewings, and we were able to select an apartment from the crop she showed us on the first day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. I was very happy with her service from start to finish - and she has even followed up on multiple occasions since we have moved to check if she could help in any way.
