Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

Moving from the Bahamas to Hong Kong was daunting. I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.
