Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong. After listening to our requirements, we were provided with a summary of our potential selections based on Jayde's recommendations and were taken to see each apartment at a time that suited us. The apartment we settled on was not even in our selection but Jayde knew its potential and encouraged us to view. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.
