Fiona was such a great help to us when relocating to HK. From getting a shortlist together, multiple viewings, negotiating with the landlord for the rent of our chosen apartment, to helping us moving and setting up utilities, she was a huge help. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
