Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Dorothy from OKAY.com was the first real estate agent we came across who understood what we wanted, and presented potential properties to us aligned with our requirements. The search functionality on the OKAY.com website made selecting properties more efficient. We were driven to a selection of properties on The weekend until we found the one we wanted. When an apartment had faults she was very open and honest about it. The best thing about working with Dorothy was her assistance after we signed the contract. She continued to help us set up the apartment by contacting workmen on our behalf and translating where required. She was always friendly and helpful.
