This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. Third time lucky!! i am not sure if I could have found anyone else to be this patient as an agent in HK. Thank you Andrea. I am really enjoying my stay in the new place. When I met Martina, I had a good feeling that she could find the right tenant for me. She has a lovely friendly personality, and I think is very hard-working. Martina constantly kept in touch with me, and I didn't have to wait too long before she introduced the Ko family to me. I also think she has good knowledge and experience with the property market. It was a pleasure to work with Martina, and I know I will be contacting her again when I have another vacant apartment !

Alan was fantastic! He was always balanced, clearly knows the field very well, patient and so pleasant to work with. He was always available to speak and gave sound advice. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone.
