Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK. We can’t thank her enough for her expertise in helping to guide us through an unfamiliar rental process as well as providing contacts such as a curtain provider, a handy man and even a babysitter. It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.
