Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Carment was super helpful and diligent with finding the perfect apartment for us. He was extremely organised and proactive in keeping us updated with any new listings that could be of interest. I highly recommend his services!

I think it’s really important your agents listen to what their clients want and need from a rental property. Having an agent that really understands this saves so much time and is sometimes difficult to find in Hong Kong.
