She is attentive and listens to her client’s needs. Fiona is responsive and ensures she has a wide selection of properties. I had previously been seeking an apartment in Hong Kong for over a month. I had worked with over 10 different agents none were able to delivery like Fiona.

Alan was very helpful and understood my housing requirements straight away. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong. Amelia is great to work with. She is very professional and very relaxed at the same time. I also appreciated the hand-selection of properties and the opportunity to make further selections by email first; it makes the whole process efficient and it's helpful in getting a sense of what the market is like.
