Nora dedicated time and efforts to find the apartment of our dreams. We have been living in HK for almost 10 years and thought we had seen everything in the market but she did manage to find a property that was new and fit both my criteria and my wife’s! My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...

Flo is extremely helpful and friendly. She supports not only in finding the apartment but getting fully moved in, connecting needed services and cancelling old ones. Great service, would highly recommend.
