She communicated promptly and effectively. She represented our interests. She made referrals to support us. And after we moved in she still connects with us to continue the relationship. Flo’s knowledge of the HK market was exceptional, so that was first stand out. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, was her ability to really connect to me - not only to understand our requirements, but the reasons behind those requirements. This meant she provided opportunities we wouldn’t have thought about otherwise.

Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups.
