Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. The pictures on the OKAY website are accurate and the website is totally user friendly. Dorothy asserted no pressure whatsoever. She has a great intuition in understanding what I probably would like and treated people with respect and care. I found an apartment on the 1st day of looking. Got a great deal thanks to Dorothy. I think landlords trust her as much as the prospective tenants. She handled all the documentation and made the whole process seem as smooth as butter. OKAY is so much better than websites of old and Dorothy is just fantastic. Highly Recommended.
