From the beginning of the process of finding a flat to rent to the thankfully quick end, Louise was a model of energy, efficiency, good cheer and sound counsel. She quickly undesrstood the kind of home we were looking for and helped us find a dream apartment with a convenient location and awesome view! Alan was very helpful and understood my housing requirements straight away.
