I am writing to praise and express my appreciation with the work of Dorothy on one of our residential properties on Hong Kong Island. We are a property investment company and we have been working with numerous agents. Dorothy impressed me a lot with her professionalism, efficiency and kind personality. The handover report is done perfectly with all the nicely taken pictures and captured all the necessary information in full details. Her after service follow up really impressed me the most. Our experience with Andrea couldn't be more different to what we experienced with other agents who were pushy and had bad follow up. Andrea listened and asked good questions about our lifestyle and needs/wants, more importantly, every time we stepped into a property, she was as engaged as us and would look around and check the place thoroughly to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises.
