Monmouth Villa 萬茂苑

Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

I am writing to praise and express my appreciation with the work of Dorothy on one of our residential properties on Hong Kong Island. We are a property investment company and we have been working with numerous agents. Dorothy impressed me a lot with her professionalism, efficiency and kind personality. The handover report is done perfectly with all the nicely taken pictures and captured all the necessary information in full details. Her after service follow up really impressed me the most. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up.
