We would like to compliment one of your employees Mr. Calvin Shek, for the excellent service he has provided us last week. Mr. Shek made the process simple and easy for renting our property, and we appreciated his expertise, patience, politeness, efficiency, and professionalism. Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done. She knew how to position my background and story to ensure that I could beat another bidder for a rental property (even when the terms were slightly better than mine as i was told). She was also very efficient and effective in sorting out all the small details of renting including gas, water, electricity as well as sorting out insurance. Her eye for properties is also commendable, she can quickly ascertain which features are more important for the client (my wife) and happy wife is happy life.

Just wanted to commend the service of Joanne from OKAY for helping us rent our place. She was very good with all the attentions to detail that made the transaction smoothly. She answered all our question speedily and was able to give us good insights on things we were not familiar with.
