We recently moved from the UK to Hong Kong and Nina was our estate agent. Nina was very professional and knowledgeable about Discovery Bay and understood what we wanted straight away, finding us several properties that met our requirements. We found Nina extremely approachable, and always willing to go the ‘extra mile’ in helping us to find our perfect property. Above all, Nina made us feel really welcome within the local community and helped us settle into the Hong Kong/Discovery Bay way of life. Kim was very responsive and showed me just I was looking for. She arranged additional viewings easily when requested and followed up on queries I had. Her local knowledge was also very useful as she made some helpful suggestions for my future use once we move in. Kim was a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend her in the future.

Dorothy was a real pro from the outset and we could not have been more pleased with her skills as an agent. She found us a great apartment and we were certainly not the easiest clients to deal with. We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. Dorothy is a very intuitive agent, as well as a very warm and charming person, and she knew right away which places to show us. She was also great with the negotiations and with following up on utilities, keys, etc. once the deal was done. She made navigating the Hong Kong rental market somewhat of a breeze and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.
