I was referred to Louise by a mutual friend and she successfully procured a suitable apartment within a week of being engaged – I think I actually moved in within two weeks of seeing her for the first time. Louise was responsive and l very much appreciated that she did not show me anything that was either out of budget or had the wrong specifications. The online system for viewing apartments was particularly professional. Louise was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her (or use her again).

Dorothy is an extraordinary professional whose absolute focus is client satisfaction. Prior to seeking her guidance, we juggled four agents and their schedules. Dorothy consolidated a listing based on our priorities and our budget. She was direct and wonderfully well humoured in how she guided us to a shortlist. From that shortlist, we settled on a rental property in a very short period. Her thorough attention to detail meant that liaising with landlords and agents was easy. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
