Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.

Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. My wife and I had been searching for 4 months for a property using a variety of agents. We wish we had found Jayde earlier as she understood immediately what was important to us. We really appreciated Jayde's upbeat personality, and every effort to find a solution to even the smallest of problems.
