A big thank you to Jane for helping us with our search for a rental property. New to Hong Kong , we found Jane to be extremely knowledgeable , very helpful, and patient during our search. We viewed a variety of flats in various locations. I felt Jane understood exactly what we needed. Once we made a decision, Jane made the whole process very smooth. We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible.
