I want to thank Jayde for the time that she put into helping my wife and I find a new home. We were looking to break our original lease and move into a new place – but only if we could replace our existing tenancy. In our 4 month search we saw over 50 places around Happy Valley/Mid-Levels with many agencies, but it was Jayde’s attitude and enthusiasm which stood out and made us trust her and continue to search with OKAY.com. Eventually we found the right place, and with Jayde’s suggestion we negotiated a fair rental with all parties happy. When it came to the handover, it was a swift process which is a testament to Jayde’s professionalism. Lala is very professional and organised. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what we wanted from our new home. She helped set up our utilities and managed all the paperwork ensuring we understood the information in the documents. Lala is patient and kind. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone.
