Ms. Shirley Li is my agent who helped me with searching of an new apartment, she is persistent and honest, followed up my request and did her best for both sides. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me.
