...Andrea has been an absolute delight to work with. She is not only very friendly but most importantly understands the requirements of her clients very well. From the moment we discussed my move [to Hong Kong] I instantly felt reassured that the stressful process of finding a place to call home was going to be easier than I anticipated (I even cancelled the vast number of other agents I was planning on working with). No requests seemed too hard. This includes my request to view a total of 28 properties in one day to being happy to secure the handover on a Sunday. She is extremely responsive, personable and honest.
The OKAY.com product is outstanding and with a strong technology focus you do stand out. However as with all service industries it is the people that make the experience hassle free.
I will be happily recommending OKAY.com and specifically Andrea to anyone I know relocating to HK.
