I was looking for a place in HK as a pied-a-terre. Dorothy was very helpful in not only setting up several viewings, but also in helping me make up my mind. To top it off, she helped me get everything organized, from the utilities to the IKEA closet installation while I was traveling full time. If you need an agent who knows the general practice but also goes out of their way to help you, I can strongly recommend Dorothy.

We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
