Jessica has been super helpful since she started assisting us, and she is always polite and patient, and I find her to be incredibly genuine and honest in my dealings with her, which is a rare quality in real estate agents these days. She is also very knowledgeable and responsive, and I will not hesitate to contact her again for any future assignments.

Thanks Jayde for helping us to find our flat. We knew we would find it comfortable and it ticked the majority of our boxes when we saw it originally. Now that we've actually moved our stuff into the flat, we're very happy with it and feel settled remarkably quickly. Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements.
