I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. Once I gave her my criteria, she immediately sent over several listings that were suitable. When I told her I was interested in the Cullinan West apartments, she went there and took dozens of high-quality photographs and sent them to me the next day.
