Shirley has taken care of my rental matters for many years. Her meticulous and thoughtful service left a deep impression on me. After fully understanding my requirements, she carefully sorted out the potential houses and arranged the viewing plan and itinerary so that I could find the house I wanted in the shortest possible time. She was also able to communicate effectively with the landlords and arranged the agreement sign off quickly so that we could move in as early as possible. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I am very satisfied with Shirley's service and profession. She is responsive, passionate and accountable. I will continue to use her services for sure.

We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find. Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required. I can't recommend Flo and OKAY.com enough. Moving in HK is difficult enough with the fast pace of the market and the worry that your agent might not have your best interests at heart. Flo has renewed my faith in property agents! Not only did she pay extra attention to my brief and what I wanted, she also gave me good advice. Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours. Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!
