This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.

Dorothy was smart in the properties she showed us, very good at explaining and showcasing the various features of the properties and very knowledgeable. She was punctual and reliable and generous with her time and expertise. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to rent, let, buy or sell a property.

Alan has a great eye for what I was looking for and sent me only relevant options. He is good to communicate with and always has a lot of market information. Would highly recommend Alan to anybody looking to move!
