Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. In the end, we ended up with an amazing apartment that we are so grateful to have found. Flo is an amazing agent and we've already started recommending her to friends.

I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.
