I worked with Rosie over the past few months to find a new home in Hong Kong. I found her to be incredibly professional and thorough. Two things really stood out for me. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Louise Garnaut and praise for her professionalism. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!

Shirley, I just wanted to thank you for your professionalism in handling my change of residence from Bella vista to CentrePoint and for finalising the new tenants to take over my contract.
