Jessica has been super helpful since she started assisting us, and she is always polite and patient, and I find her to be incredibly genuine and honest in my dealings with her, which is a rare quality in real estate agents these days. She is also very knowledgeable and responsive, and I will not hesitate to contact her again for any future assignments.

Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues. We would certainly recommend Ruby.
