I perceived Jayde as very friendly and professional, while also being remarkably honest and direct, which was incredibly important for me to build the necessary trust. Additionally, she was very responsive—whenever I had any questions, I could always count on a prompt reply. She consistently made me feel like she truly understood what mattered to me. Shirley has been extremely helpful to assist us to research our home on the South Side. We encountered a difficult situation that our Landlord wished to renovate the building and we have to leave our premises for a few months. Despite the difficulties to search for a short lease, Shirley has been extremely diligent to assist us. I am sure will introduce her to my friends for home searching.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
