Soi assisted me in the purchase of a village house in Clearwater Bay. From the very beginning she was helpful and knowledgeable. She was extremely attentive, taking calls in the evening and on weekends, and was also very willing to present our thoughts and concerns to the Vendor in a professional way that moved the whole process forward and made us feel at ease. It was such a relief to meet Jane after a fruitless week of searching on our initial ‘look-see’ in HK. Jane totally understood our brief so we didn’t waste any valuable time and she was extremely patient when our brief changed! Jane found us a proper home that helped us settle into our new lives at once. Jane was also extremely generous in sharing all sorts of useful information to newcomers to HK and ensuring that the admin and handover side of the contract ran smoothly.

Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way!
